Shipping Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of our products, as well as COVID-related and other shipping delays, we aim to fulfil orders within 1-3 weeks of purchase. The Lionise exclusively uses Australia Post (and its partners for international).

Returns Policy

For Faulty Items (including wrong variety/sizing received, tears and stains, other such faults), we provide a full return including any shipping paid. For a change of mind, there is a 3 day period from the date that the items are received to process a refund. For this type of return, the items must be unworn and in the same condition. There are no returns for wrong size ordered unless the size that you ordered was not the size that was received.
